RETURNS
EACH system is backed by our 30 DAY return policy. PCs can be returned for a replacements or refund within 30 days of the order creation.
WARRANTY
EACH of our systems is covered by a 1 YEAR labor warranty. Shipping will be covered by customer. For the first 30 days of order creation Parts will be covered under the warranty.
SAFE DELIVERY
Our PCs are packaged securely in a double box, double insulation method and shipped my Americas most reliable shipper "UPS" to make sure your package arrives on time.

WARRANTY POLICY
"Standard Warranty" covers 30 day parts and 1 year labor.
WARRANTY POLICY CONDITIONS
"Pre-installed" Software programs are licensed to customer under non-x3agaming software vendors terms and conditions provided.
Any Overclocking, Crypto Mining, Viruses, Modification are void of x3agaming warranty policy.
Any repairs made by non authorized service centers will void any warranty policy.
The computer’s serial number must be untampered with and clearly identifiable.
X3A Gaming can remove Viruses from systems but this will not be covered under Warranty Policy
Any shipping for repairs will be covered by customer.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Orders canceled within 3 days of purchase will be refunded the full amount.
Order canceled after 3 days after purchase will be charged 12% cancelation fee due to parts allocation.
RETURN POLICY
30 Day return policy starts after order creation.
If you return a system within the 30 day policy the shipping will not be refunded.
Systems sent back within 30 days of the order will not have shipping covered.
All products must have before pictures before shipping back.
REFUND POLICY
Orders returned will be refunded full PC Purchase price, not including shipping.
Any Refunds sent in will not be covered for shipping costs.
Refunds can take up to 15 days after item is received
Items will be checked for all parts if parts are missing prices will be subject to deduction from refund.
